How to ask the right way
ASA Gerry understands everyday language. With a few tricks, though, you’ll get exactly what you need even faster.
Be specific
The more precise your question, the more accurate the answer.

Include the key details
ASA Gerry helps best when he knows who, what and when: the guest name or room number, the action you want and the date.
Follow up instead of starting over
ASA Gerry remembers the history of the current conversation. If an answer isn’t quite right yet, just say what you need differently: “only today’s”, “sorted by room number” or “the other room”.
Combine knowledge and action
Ask first, then let him handle it: “How does a check-out work?” and right after that “Then please check out room 305.”
One topic per message
Several tasks in one message often work, but when making changes you’ll keep a better overview if you confirm them one at a time.

Yes, like any AI. That’s why you should briefly check important results before passing them on. When it comes to changes, you’ll see what ASA Gerry is planning beforehand anyway.
ASA Gerry misunderstood me. Now what?
Just tell him, for example “No, I mean room 212, not 112”. ASA Gerry corrects himself in the same conversation.
Security
Can ASA Gerry change something without me knowing?
No. Before every change, posting or payment, ASA Gerry shows you what he’s about to do and waits for your confirmation.
Can ASA Gerry do more than I can?
ASA Gerry works with your user permissions. Whatever you’re not allowed to do in ASA HOTEL, ASA Gerry isn’t allowed to do either.
